Original oil on canvas by the Moldovan painter Ion Mosneagu (signed Jan Mosneagu), titled "Post" (Lent).

It depicts a fortified Orthodox monastery bell tower with a massive wooden gate, under a bright blue summer sky with white clouds. A highly textured work, painted entirely with palette knife with very thick impasto 3-5 mm relief, in the style of Romanian / Moldovan Impressionism.
