GLENALLACHIE - Cask Strength - 10 Years Old - Batch 8 - 70cl. - 57.2% ABV

The eighth-release of cask strength 10-year-old from Glenallachie, released in November 2022, is a marriage of Pedro Ximenex and oloroso sherry puncheons, as well as a small number of virgin oak and ex-Rioja red wine casks, specially-selected by master blender Billy Walker.

グレンアラチーの樽出し10年物の第8弾は、2022年11月に発売され、ペドロ・ヒメネスとオロソ・シェリーのパンチョンを組み合わせ、さらに未使用オーク樫と元ロ Rioja 赤ワイン樽を少数使用した、マスターブレンダーのビリー・ウォーカー氏が特別に選定したブレンドです。

The result is a nose that bursts with mocha, nutmeg and walnut aromas, followed by heather honey, sweet raisins and dried berries. The palate offers notes of cinnamon, molasses, honeycomb, ginger, dark chocolate, nutmeg and fennel that linger in the finish.

香りはモカ、ナツメグ、クルミの香りが弾け、その後ヘザー・ハニー、ドライレーズン、ドライベリーが広がります。口に含むとシナモン、糖蜜、蜂蜜の巣、ジンジャー、ダークチョコレート、ナツメグ、フェンネルの風味が、余韻に長く残ります。
