古代ビルマのペイユ族の国家文化に由来する、 rising sun の装飾を刻んだ瑪瑙ビーズの護符。
紀元1世紀～紀元1000年の第一千年紀。
良好な状態です。タンブラー研磨で清掃し、再光沢仕上げをしていますが、趣のあるアンティークのパティーナは保たれています。元の、古い切断・彫刻・エッチング・研磨の跡そのまま。穴は古く、手作りで不規則です。表面には使用と時代の痕跡が残っています。
1990年代半ばにロンドンの現地市場でゼルニク博士によって購入。
