Items ship from Singapore/Japan in simple protective packaging (bags may be folded).

€150未満の注文は追跡付きエコノミー航空便（EMS/ postal）で発送します。

Orders below €150 are sent by tracked economy air mail (EMS/postal).

€150以上の注文は宅配便（DHL/FedEx/UPS）で発送します。

Orders €150 and above are sent by courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS).

Courier upgrade is available at buyer's cost.

Customs & Duties

Buyer is responsible for all import taxes, VAT, and customs fees in their own country.

Returns & Cancellations

If cancelled or returned, the buyer pays all return shipping costs and associated taxes. Items must be returned in their original condition.

キャンセルまたは返品の場合、返品送料および関連税は購入者の負担です。商品は元の状態で返送される必要があります。

If a package is returned to sender because the buyer failed to collect it in time, provided an incorrect/incomplete address, or was unavailable to receive delivery, the buyer is responsible for the full cost of reshipment. If the buyer does not arrange payment for reshipment within a reasonable time, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

受取期日に受け取りを怠った／不正確な住所を提供した／配達を受け取ることができなかったために荷送人へ返送された場合、再配送の全費用は購入者が負担します。適正な期間内に再配送費用の支払い手配が行われない場合、出品者は注文をキャンセルする権利を有し、元の送料は返金されません。
