銀と金を用いたローズカット ダイヤモンドの歴史的ペンダント
銀製で薄い金の裏蓋を持つエレガントな歴史的ペンダント。XRF分析によって装着が確認されています。洗練されたデザインはローズカット ダイヤモンドを豊かに散りばめ、19世紀のジュエリーに典型的な、優雅で垂れ下がる形状をしています。
ペンダントには、サイズが約0.9～3.6 mmのローズカット ダイヤモンドが27個セッティングされています。中央には約5.6×4.3 mmの目立つペア型ローズカット ダイヤモンドが配置され、デザインの中心を形成しています。
現在の小さな金具は後から取り付けられたもので、ペンダントに対してやや直立していません。構造と仕上げから判断すると、この宝飾品は元々はブローチなどの大きな宝飾品の一部だった可能性が高く、後でペンダントに改造されたと推測されます。
