When a nuclear engineer from the Landes region of France
decided, at the age of 55, to swap his complex calculations for
brushes and palettes, a fascinating story of transformation
and rediscovered passion was born. After a successful career
in a field where every detail is calculated and measured, this
man has chosen a path where colors and emotions are free
to guide his hands. His atypical journey is a wonderful illustration
tration of how the search for self and personal fulfillment can
begin at any stage of life.
This life change began with a personal epiphany. After two
decades in nuclear power, Luc Mora turned to art and disco
vered a burning passion for watercolors and impressionism.
His autodidactic approach has turned this exploration into
an all-consuming passion, where every brush dipped in paint
becomes an extension of his personal expression.
For the artist, art is defined by three words: Expressionism,
Color and Emotion. His works, full of life, are fragments
