Crafted from solid oak, the piece preserves the organic character of the original tree trunk on one side, while the other is enriched with a deep, almost black violet tone.

無垢のオーク材から作られ、片面には元の木材の有機的な特徴をそのまま残し、もう片面は深く、ほとんど黒みがかった紫色の色調で豊かに仕上げられています。

This dark finish creates a striking contrast, highlighting the natural grain, contours and irregularities of the wood.

この暗色の仕上げは強いコントラストを生み、木の自然な木目、輪郭、不規則さを際立たせます。

The result is an expressive object that changes character depending on the viewing angle — raw and natural from one side, refined and graphic from the other.

Designed as a piece between a small side table, a pedestal for displaying an object or sculpture, and a sculptural object in its own right, it can function in different ways within an interior.
