プトレマイオス朝の石灰岩の石碑で、奉献者が神へ花瓶を捧げる様子が刻まれている。破風部には、翼をもつ太陽円盤の上に二匹のウラエウス蛇。3世紀前期〜紀元前1世紀。上部が欠損し、修復されている。
出自：旧私有コレクション（フランス；1965年以前）。
刊行：V. Carpano, Une collection particulière, BIFAO 94, 1994, p. 62, fig. 28。
