Christopher Shaw (1989) は、イギリス北部出身の多分野にわたるファインアーティストです。アフリカに深く根ざした起源を持ち、世界を旅し、しばらくの間カナダに居住した経験があり、街のアートシーンに没頭することで創造の旅が始まりました。カナダのグラフィティ・シーンで名声を築いた後、世界各国を旅して複数の国で制作を行いました。英国に戻った後、北部イングランドで最も名高い美術学校の一つ、リーズ美術学校（Leeds College of Art）でBAオナーズのファインアートを取得しました。彼の実践は多くの twist and turns を経て独自の現代的表現へと発展しました。過去の経験から得たインスピレーションを心・体・血管に流し込み、独自の現代的表現を創り出しています。現在は国内外で展覧会を開き、世界各地の公認コレクションにも多くの作品が所蔵されています。
