A unisex Victorian fox head stickpin dating to circa 1880, crafted in 14 kt red gold with a silver modelled mask, set with 28 rose-cut diamonds around the muzzle and two red cabochons for eyes, weighing 3.5 g in very good condition.

ヴィクトリア朝の狐頭のブローチピン、グランド・ヴィクトリアン時代、約1880年、14K赤金製、銀の型押しマスクを配したデザイン。警戒心のある口元と立ち上がった耳にはローズカット・ダイヤモンドが嵌められ、フォイルの裏打ちが柔らかなキャンドルライトのような輝きを生み出し、目には二つの小さな赤いカボションがあしらわれています。機知に富んだ、良く観察された自然モチーフで、ラペルに軽く乗るタイプながらその時代を unmistakably示しています。
