Christ Child は 1977年に Buddah Records からリリースされたセルフタイトルのロックとパンクLPです。
アルバムは Dick Monda（「Daddy Dewdrop」で知られる）と Michael Paul Girardによるスタジオ・プロジェクトです。
1977年にカリフォルニア州ロサンゼルスで結成・リリースされ、同年に解散しました。
音楽史家やコレクターはこのレコードを“偽パンク”と呼ぶことが多く、70年代後半のパンク・ロック・ムーブメントに便乗する商業的な試みとして作られたが、うまくいかなかった。それでも非常に楽しめるアルバム！
