Entirely handcrafted from brass, this elongated cylindrical pen case is finely decorated with hand-engraved geometric and floral motifs arranged in repeating horizontal bands. The elegant ornamentation reflects the traditional metalworking techniques of the Himalayan region.

The pen case features a removable end cap, providing access to the hollow interior intended for storing a traditional reed pen or writing implement. Several suspension rings are attached along the body, allowing it to be suspended from a cord, belt, or carrying strap for everyday use.
