-> 古代ローマのガラス瓶で、球形の本体と短い円筒形の首を持ち、自由吹きガラスで作られています。容器は丸みを帯びた均整のとれたフォルムで、口縁はやや外反、胴へと滑らかに移行する細く絞られた首が特徴です。現在、内側に付着した乾燥した砂と土の影響で不透明な褐色に見え、本来の透明度はなく、表面は温かみのある土色のトーンを呈しています。
-> ローマ時代の実用ガラス器具の特徴的で魅力的な例で、日常の液体（油、香料、薬用物質など）の保管・輸送にガラス吹き容器が広く用いられていたことを反映しています。
