Per Lütken for Holmegaard – スモークドグレーのアートグラス灰皿、デンマーク、1960–1961

Elegant mid-century Danish art glass ashtray designed by Per Lütken for Holmegaard Glasværk, Denmark.

This sculptural piece is made of thick, translucent smoky grey glass with a subtle olive tone. Its organic, softly contoured form, generous rounded rim and integrated cigarette rests reflect the restrained elegance of Scandinavian modernist glass design from the early 1960s.

The underside is engraved **“Holmegaard 19 PL 60”**, consistent with Per Lütken’s work for the Danish glass manufacturer. The base also carries an engraved emblem and a separate personal inscription dated 1961.

The substantial, carefully shaped glass gives the ashtray a distinctive appearance from every angle, making it suitable both as a collectible vintage ashtray and as a decorative object.
