Rioja Vintage Rating 1968：VERY GOOD
マロラクティック発酵が完了するまで、巨大な木樽で12か月静置し、その後樽で熟成させる前に安定させます。ワインは約10年間、セミニューの225リットル樽で熟成され、樽材は70%アメリカンオーク、30%フレンチオーク。ヴィンテージによっては、1980年代初頭に市場へ出荷される前に、ワイナリーのセラーで36か月から60か月の間休眠します。
