These 3 "Proust" Christmas baubles, designed by Alessandro Mendini for Alessi, offer a captivating interpretation of the renowned French author Marcel Proust (1871 - 1922) and his literary work. This set consists of three hand-decorated baubles, each featuring a distinct color combination. Drawing inspiration from Proust's connection to the Parisian pointillists, Mendini infuses these baubles with a sense of artistic flair.

They serve as a delightful homage to Proust's literary legacy and his profound connection to the places that influenced his writing, encapsulating the essence of his timeless work in a festive and artistic holiday decoration. The "Proust" baubles are a testament to the fusion of literature and design, making them a unique and cherished addition to any Christmas decor.

Mendini produced products for the most famous brands like Magis, Kartell and Artemide.
