daveY - "Geometric Marilyn"

販売中のの extraordinary artistic interpretation of one of the most celebrated faces in cinema history: Marilyn Monroe. The artwork revisits the Hollywood myth through a fragmented and geometric visual language, blending Pop Art aesthetics with influences of modern Cubism.

The composition plays with exceptional chromatic dynamism:

Subject: The face and bust of Marilyn are reconstructed through a complex network of polygons and geometric shapes. The pose, with the face turned upward and eyes half-closed, captures the diva's essence in a moment of pure emotional expression.

Chromatic Style: A bold and kaleidoscopic palette. Warm tones of orange and yellow intertwine with deep blues, greens, and purples, creating a luminous refraction effect that is almost crystalline. The iconic blonde hair is rendered with fluid brushstrokes that contrast with the body’s rigid geometricity.

Background: A deep, solid black that makes the figure emerge with force, giving the artwork a nearly sculptural three-dimensionality and a strong visual impact even from a distance.

Technical Features:

Dimensions: 60 x 80 cm.

Support: High-quality fine-grain canvas, ideal for highlighting the sharp edges of the geometries and the saturation of the colors.

Finish: Framedless (Gallery wrap ready). The work is designed to be mounted on a frame, allowing the colors to stand out without distractions.
