Malgorzata Krakowiak（マルゴザタ・クラコヴィアク）は、両親の画家のアトリエと織機の間で育ち、羊毛の香りが絵具やしつ香水と混ざる空間で育ちました。学業中には絵画とテキスタイルの制作を選択し、現在に至るまで情熱を注いで探求しています。長年にわたり、主にファイバー・アート作家としてキャリアを築き、二次元・三次元の作品を展示し、ポーランドの有名美術館やギャラリーで個展・グループ展に参加してきました。2018年からはマジョルカに居住し、島の並外れた自然を創作の源泉としています。

彼女は現在のシリーズFISHとSUBLIMATで、材料の組織と光・色の豊かさを取り入れつつ、絵画と織物の世界を結びつける革新的な手法を用いています。

長年にわたり、定期的にアートフェアに参加し、デザイナーとの協力関係を築くことに成功しています。作品は世界各地の私的コレクションや公共機関に所蔵されています。
