アール・ヌーヴォー様式の長方形フォトペンダント / メダリオンとルビー、約1900年頃
美しいアンティークのフォトペンダント、アール・ヌーヴォー期に1890年代〜1900年頃にドイツで制作。エレガントな長方形のメダリオンには時代を特徴づける繊細なデザインが施され、小さな刻印入りのルビーが飾られています。
ペンダントは写真や小さな個人的な記念品を収めるために開く仕様です。現在の写真は展示用に取り外してあります。
最近、金工職人の工房で専門的に清掃・刷新が行われ、外観は極めて良好です。一方で内部にはアンティークの性質に沿った年相応の痕跡が残っています。
装飾的で感傷的なコレクターズアイテムとして、洗練された逸品です。
