The geometric motifs are rendered in a rich, traditional color palette of deep brick red, indigo blue, charcoal black, forest green and creamy white accents.
Origin & Authenticity:This piece features the original, officially numbered Certificate of Authenticity on the back (Certificate No. 132375). The certificate explicitly states the origin as a handwoven "Herat Kelim" from the historic weaving center of Herat in Afghanistan. The rug was exported to Europe at the time via The Pelma Collection’s specialized import network.
