Bronze-lacquered reliquary with a gilded cartouche bearing the details of the relic and decorated with silver filaments, typical of sacred art of the period.
On the back there is a bishop's seal.

Inside the reliquary is kept a fragment ex sepulcro D.N.J.C., that is, from the tomb of Our Lord Jesus Christ. This relic is associated with the Holy Sepulchre, a place venerated for centuries as the exact site of Christ's deposition and resurrection.
