厚くて広いアーチの弓部を持つ美しいブロンズ製フィブラで、堅牢な横断バネ機構から伸びる。弓は平らな足部へと細くなる。先端部は巻きついたバネが水平軸の周りに配置され、弓の下方には細いピンがクッションプレートへと伸びている。
フィブラはローマ衣装の必須アクセサリーで、マントやチュニック、軍服を留めるために使われた。
