1975年、名車Type Eの後継として登場したJaguar XJ-Sは、Malcolm Sayerによる先進的なグランドツアラーのスタイリングと、気品あるV12パワートレインで時代を彩りました。1981年に高効率（HE）シリンダーヘッドが導入される以前に生産された初期シリーズは、オリジナルの仕様を保ち、特徴的なバンパーを備えていることから、コレクターの間で特に高い人気を誇ります。この1979年式は、オリジナルのプレHE仕様のJaguar XJ-S 5.3 V12クーペです。フランスで登録され、フランスの車検証が付属します。走行距離はメーター表示で201,000 km、2010年以降は4人目のオーナーが所有しています。
