Sehr verlässlich, sehr schneller Versand, Ware top

Super item, sent very well and securely packed.

Thank you for your feedback.

The lamp was documented and photographed prior to shipment and was shipped disassembled and intact. The mounting component referenced was not damaged at the time of dispatch, as confirmed by our pre-shipment documentation.

As the configuration shown after delivery required assembly prior to breakage, we were unable to accept responsibility. Catawiki reviewed the case independently and provided a resolution.

We regret that the experience did not meet expectations.

Grazie!

Everything great: fast delivery, good packaging ❤️

First purchase on CataWiki, couldn’t have been better.
