Omhie Studio
Omhie is an Italian contemporary artist whose creative journey began in 2003, when asphalt and urban walls became his first canvas. He is a prominent member of the "Gruppo di Avola," an artistic collective that includes renowned figures. From his initial urban ferment, his style has evolved into a powerful and deeply personal narrative. Omhie’s practice is centered on Neo-Expressionism, where raw instinct and potent figurative symbolism converge. Through distorted faces, visceral skulls, and primal figures layered with scribbles, cryptic codes, and gestural brushstrokes, he translates human emotion and psychological tension onto the canvas. Every work becomes an archetype of expression, bridging the spontaneity of street art with a rigorous conceptual depth. Omhie’s philosophy is a constant search for authenticity. Every piece is the result of an unfiltered impulse where visceral energy meets a sophisticated conceptual impact, making his works highly sought after by international collectors.

A splendid piece that stands out in my collection. Omhie deserves far more recognition than he gets, but I am sure that with time, his talent will be widely appreciated. Shipping was fast.
