Classic male torso carved on a beautiful Carrara marble. It is a small torso created in the Todini workshop, as part of a series of works reproducing antiqued models with patina and fractures similar to the finds we can see in museums. This particular one is inspired by the classic beauty of the Riace bronzes. It is placed on a Rosso Francia marble base with a steel pin, from which it can be separated. Dimensions with base: 24.5 x 10 x 6 cm, the height of the torso only is 18 cm. Weight with base: 1 kg. It will be shipped with special packaging via insured express courier. The Todini workshop was described in 2011 by the Latium Region as “highly valuable from a visual and cultural point of view”, also with the use of the origin and quality mark. From 2015 the Osservatorio dei Mestieri d’Arte in Florence (OMA) included it in the list of excellence of Italian crafts.
