Pulsar - Time Computer P3 Lobster Hour & date - Full set + extra strap with original buckle - Very Rare - Men - 1972

I am letting this go from my personal collection, very difficult to find - Very Rare. very few watches in the world still around This is an absolutely unique item -> * Great collectors item. * All pictures shown from the same watch, in different light conditions. Photos are part of the description. please watch carefully. This is the first ever LED digital watch ever made, at the start of the 70s. - Probably 1972. - The module shows also the date. - To change the hour and date, you have to do it with a magnet that is inside the steel bracelet. - The box is the proper one. - The module used is from the watch! in blue - The watch shows some kind of wear, due to having nearly 50 years old. - Led ( Light emitting diode) works well and shows the proper aged situation. - This is the gold plated version in 14kt. gold plated over steel. - The gold plated is a little faded due to use, i tried to show in the photos * the watch is in good overall condition, but the gold plated is a bit faded as a vintage item. Just put the magnet on the back of the watch, in the hour or date and it will change! the system is simply astonishing. Taken from an article in Hodinkee: " Called the Pulsar Time Computer, it was the world’s first digital watch" " Pulsar, on the other hand, was a hit and the most famous watch of its (admittedly brief) time. It had a number of claims to fame: *It was revolutionary in its space-age design and solid state (i.e., no moving parts) technology. *It was a pioneer of a new watch category that brought scores of American electronics firms into the watch business. *It was imitated by the likes of Switzerland’s Omega, which bought modules from Pulsar for its own Pulsar-like LEDs. *It was hailed in American business and media circles as the leader of a trend that would make America a watchmaking power again" * SPECS: - gold cushion-shaped case, yellow gold filled. 14k. - ( its like a 40mm size watch aproximate) - yellow gold filled 14k bracelet with chromed colour. * ( its like a chromed gold , 14k, doesn´t weight as full gold) - digital LED screen. - Hour , minutes, date day & month. - Extra origianl strap. - Original instructions. Currently keeps perfect timing, and is running well. Also date and time. But Its a used vintage item. Module is with P3, with date and month. *Auction includes : - Watch - Original extra strap. - Original box.- .............................................................................................................. * Shipping is insured. * No returns or refunds whatsoever, all sales are final. * Watch is sold as it is, in working condition. * Buyer has to pay taxes if outside the European Union. - If in Canary Islands, taxes also apply. * Photos are part of description, please watch carefully.
