Mortima Super Datomatic men's diving wristwatch from the 1970s.
Mortima, founded in Morteau in 1926 by ÉMILE CATTIN: (1904–1979), route de Villers-le-Lac.
Old Mortima Super Datomatic diving watch in perfect condition, from a watchmaker in the Jura (France). It has a bluish-grey dial, dual time display with luminescent numerals and index, large central second hand and luminescent hands, date at 3 o'clock with magnifying glass, removable black crown; black, chrome-plated casing with a diameter of 41 mm; steel screw-back, watch completely revised by a watchmaker, mechanical movement 17 rubies Cattin 66. The glass is new without any traces of frost. The casing is said to be 100% waterproof up to 6 ATM by the manufacturer, however, in the case of a vintage watch, the seal is not guaranteed even if the seals (case-back and crown) are new. New ZRC black strap, 19 mm in length without the chrome-plated, signed clasp.
Not to be missed collector's item. Impossible to find in this condition. For collectors of good auction lots. Will be sent with care by recorded delivery.
