Strap type/material: Contemporary composite divers'
Strap size: Wrist>>>20.00+cms
Dial: Classic '70s 'military flavour' in great condition with time-earned patina
Movement: Early (preproduction prototype?) Parrenin 87. Recent service; keeps time
Calibre: #87; Google 'Parrenin 87 ranfft' for information
HISTORY & NOTES
A later addition to the French section and something of a mystery. The 'Deauville' name was owned by the Ollendorf Watch Co. but the watch has a robust French HP movement typical of Jacques Cousteau era divers'. That said it should make a worthwhile addition to someone's collection.
Examine the photos carefully; they form the majority of this vintage diver's watch's description.
