Superb clock dating from the first half of the 20th, origin France.
In very good condition supplied with its key.
Painted wood and gilded brass framework. Beautiful clock parts, perfect mechanism. The object was kept dry and away from air and light.
The clock needs to be revised because its mechanism is impeccable, but it suddenly stopped. The clock rings every hour, a hammer can be heard by turning the hands by hand. It is possible to mute the ringer at the back.
Signed "vedette" on the dial and "made in France" on the mechanism.
