Mechanical. Manual hand-wind. Solid 18ktk semi rose gold. a very beautiful Patek case with a blank cartouche in the centre of the back. Perfect original mineral clear lens. Serviced recently. Keeps accurate time. This is a big heavy Patek, over 3 ounces. it is 14 mm thick by 51.12 mm in diameter not including the winding crown. All 18kt including the bow / loop. The inner 18kt dust case has all the beautiful correct engraving inscriptions on, from when it was first made. This Patek comes with a hand made wooden leather-bound box with velvet and silk inners. This excellent Patek will be sent by Royal Mail registered safe post, up to 3 days after payment being made.
