The Pioneer RG-2 is an audio processor with a 5-step dynamic extension selector.
Modern recording uses three dynamic control techniques that can interfere with the original dynamic range; reduction of transient peaks, overall compression of high levels and upward manipulation of soft levels.
The RG-2 will correct the dynamic distortion in each of these areas, increasing the contrast and virtually restoring the original live program.
