Junmai-shu (pure rice wine; no adding of distilled alcohol) NOTE: Until recently, at least 30% of the rice used for Junmai sake had to be milled away. There is also a small white label with red japanese characters, justabove the gold label. A white oval sticker with black print, with wavy edges,on the back has alcohol content information, volume and manufacturerinformation.
