Presenting a meticulously hand-carved antique statue of Bishamonten, the revered deity of fortune and warriors in Buddhist tradition. As one of the Four Heavenly Kings, Bishamonten is celebrated as a protector of the teachings of Buddha and a bringer of prosperity. In Japan, he is venerated as one of the Seven Lucky Gods, associated with granting worldly benefits such as bountiful harvests, business prosperity, family safety, longevity, and success in life. His role as a guardian deity underscores his significance in the Buddhist pantheon, guarding both temples and the Buddhist law. The statue is imbued with history, featuring Bishamonten standing over a subdued demon, symbolizing his protective and victorious nature.
