The rums featured in this rare heirloom collection were produced in the heart of Colombia in a closed distillery, adding mystery and rarity to the casks. Jerarquía, which means hierarchy in Spanish, reflects the patience and nobility of these rums, which have been allowed to rest in the finest Oak, Sherry and Port casks. On the "nose" ginger cake with cherries, red wine and stone fruit and Pastéis de Nata with a hint of honey. Dry on the "tongue" with hints of creamy champagne, grapefruit and tropical fruit. Tones of pineapple and green mango with coconut. The finish has more tropical fruit, with notes of lime zest.
