On the palate a real fruitiness here: figs, dried apricots and prunes, with some nutty and chocolaty undertones, and some complexity. On the palate it is quite bright and has plenty of acid, with less thickness and sweetness than the 5 Year Old, but a dry orange peel tang and good balance.
