One of the best and complete Deluxe edition on the masters of Erotic Ukiyo-e ( woodcut ) in the 18th and 19th century , Released in 1982 ( more than 40 years ) by the best specialist of this genre Kazuhiko Fukuda.
50 plates ( 21 x 29,5 cm ) numbered from 1 to 50 , printed on thick paper, contained in a Silver slipcase card with a booklet , all contained in a luxuous box , covered with violet silk pattern with Silver letters stamped.
You find Utamaro, Harunobu, Hokusai, Eisen or Kuniyoshi.
The booklet is complete with Fukuda's preface, all the plates with authors and dated.
The set is complete and stayed excellent.
Only the 50th plate has slights folds ( photos ), one on the corner and one on the length.
The first plate has a small black line ( pencil ? ) barely visible
The others are excellent to NM
The booklet has one fold on each corner ( photos)
The violet box is excellent, you will note a corner few worn ( photo) and a trace on one edge ( photo)
2 very small bump on the box cup, barely visible ( last photos)
