Deep ruby red color. The scent is intense and persistent with typical hints of violets and fruits
of forest. It is a full-bodied, austere wine, with juicy tannins and a fresh acidity. Aromatic complexity that comes from a well-measured wood. It goes well with grilled meats, roast pigeon and sliced beef.
