After an initial aging in Bourbon barrels, it was then aged in small Cognac Ferrand barrels: this is the double aging technique specific to the House. It then benefited from additional maturation in 27-year-old Teeling Single Malt barrels.
Each bottle is numbered. Only a few barrels of these rums are bottled each year, making these expressions true collector's items.
