A Large Bohemian Art Deco fruit bowl with mermaids and lotus flowers by Josef Inwald, made of dark glas, circa 1930. This model is special, the fruit bowl is equipped with a mounted handle made of wrought iron decorated with leaves and grapes.
Each mermaid takes a different pose and flows into each other, finished at the bottom with seaweed that curls vibrantly from each leg.
At the top the edge is filled with lotus flowers and water lily leaves.
