Notice also the pink rubellite cores inside each tourmaline crystal! Both sides display nicely and the specimen is in unusually excellent condition wile never prepped with modern means. This outstanding specimen was part of the very distinctive discovery made in the 1970's in Pederneira mine, from which most of the best verdelite tourmaline-quartz combinations come.
