Bang & Olufsen Music Cabinet 30 (Mc30) type 2052, with the serial number 1903066. Made in Denmark in the 1970s. The Music Cabinet is in very good condition and has recently been refurbished, some signs of wear are still present, but luckily no deep scratches and such. Unfortunately, the previous owner has made a small hole in the back for the wires of his BeoVox HT 2200 speakers. This Mc30 is made of rosewood (Brasilian Rosewood) and has aluminium edges (also note the beautiful continuous grain of the wood in the corners). The base has been repainted and brought back in the original matte silver and matte black. The BeoMaster stood in the top right compartment, the BeoCord in the bottom right and the BeoGram used to sit on top of the cabinet (this has been placed inside the cabinet for the photo). You can put your records in the left compartment and tapes next to that. The cabinet is provided with three pull-out shelves. PLEASE NOTE: this only concerns the auction of the cabinet and the BeoMaster and BeoGram have been put in there for the photos, so they do not belong to this lot! Specifications Mc30, 86 cm wide, 41 cm deep, 38 cm high, this amounts to 63 cm high with the base. The weight of this lot is 30 kg without packaging. This lot can only be picked up in Roosendaal/Nispen, and is too big, too heavy and too vulnerable for shipping. It took a lot of work to bring it back to its original condition, damage would be a great pity. The buyer is responsible for arranging transport.
