This is an authentic print who was in all the mayors of France from 1919. The armistice, signed on November 11, 1918, at 5h15, mark the end of the battles of the first war world (1914-1918), the Allied victory and the capitulation of Germany. The ceasefire is effective at eleven, resulting in all France bells and bugles ringtones announcing the end of a war that claimed more than 18 million dead and millions of disabled or maimed. German and Allied generals gather in a dining carriage of Marshal Foch, in the Rethondes career in Compiègne Forest. Later in 1919, at Versailles, they will sign the Treaty of Versailles.
