Flower girl with two poppy flowers in light-brown, beige-brown and green, executed in a zamak / spelter sculpture on a black round wooden base by Jean Charles Ruchot from the late 19th century, France. Jean Charles Ruchot was a French sculptor who by the end of the 19th century, early 20th century (1880 /1925) was the first to make bronze and stone sculptures in the academic style and later, influenced by the Art Nouveau, used zamak / spelter. The sculpture is 41.5 cm high in total, the wooden base is 14 cm round and has a brass plaque with inscription "Pavot", the sculpture itself is signed with "CH Ruchot". Details, the sculpture itself is in good condition, however the colours have faded here and there. The photos are part of the description.
