Beautiful antique Peugeot coffee grinder, 1878. Before Peugeot produced cars they produced; tools, coffee grinders, bicycles, cycling and steam engines. The coffee grinder is a cylindrical shaped model with a wooden bottom, it has a cutout to mount it. The top of the coffee grinder is equipped with a large handle with wooden knob, and a deviating cover (see photos) on the lid the text Peugeot Freres S.G.D.G brevete depose G1. There are three different models of this type of coffee grinder the C1, C2 and C3, this is the C1, the smallest model. Country; France. Made by; Peugeot Freres. This model was produced from 1878. Dimensions; 21 cm high. Condition; The coffee mill is in working condition and in good original condition shows signs of wear and age.
