Large zamak sculpture of the French artist Emile Bruchon (1806-1895) from the second half of the 19th century. Depicted is a young woman with a cupid. The cupid carries a bow and arrow in his hand. In the middle front a plaque with the title of the sculpture "La Protection". The French artist left his signature on the base of the sculpture. The whole stands on a wooden base with a diameter of 20 cm. The sculpture has a beautiful patina. Emile Bruchon was a student of the famous French sculptor Mathurin Moreau and made both sculptures and decorative objects, in bronze and zamak. Photos complete this description.
