Anchor test tool, which is usually missing!
The box was very likely to come from an army barracks where they were in use until 1983.
It is a field chest, note the locking pin for the drawer.
The Dutch army ordered 18 crates in 1954 with both the instrument and the instruction card and the instruction booklet in the Dutch language.
This box should not be missing in the better workshop, mancave, Nekaf, Laro, Austin Champ Daf YA or Willy's Jeep.
Shipping is not a problem, it weighs 12 kilos.
