Beautiful, very big and very light collector's watch from Swiss manufacture BULER in excellent condition. One of the first Swiss plastic watches, way before Swatch. Designed as a homage to the Porsche Design Chronograph by Orfina, Buler launched the Grand Prix 1975 being one of the first Swiss plastic watches made in mass production, still with a mechanical handwinding movement. Case and strap are made of fiberglass, which was also a top-innovation of that time. Fiberglass/Noryl case, spotless black dial, white minuterie and tachymetre scale, white hands, cool red second. Inside, Swiss mechanical handwinding movement (probably a Baumgartner - case must be opened from the front) is in perfect working order, easy to set and wind and keeping exact time (<1 min/day), ticking VERY LOUD and clear. Both watch and strap are in excellent condition making this vintage Racing classic your perfect everyday watch. It measures 40 x 45 x 12 (without crown), total length of strap including watch and buckle 22,5 cm.
