Mini Marcos Mk2. Built in 1966, chassis number 7103 (chassis numbers of the year 1966 from 7001 to 7109, see photos in the attached documents). Registered in Great Britain in 1969 with number plate RAT503G. Current English documents (see attached photos). No national documents. The car came directly from the atelier of Bradford in Great Britain. This is not a kit car. Converted to LHD in Italy. Fibreglass body. In the opening photo you can see how the car was found and recovered; the extensive photographic documentation below shows all the stages of the work carried out over more than 5 years. PLEASE NOTE: the spare parts and the material used for its restoration are largely new or very well reconditioned. 1 - body completely restored in every part by a specialist of nautical fibreglass. 2 - 1098 engine, stage 1 preparation with nitrided shaft, special camshaft, increased valves, exhaust, two SU 1 1/2 carburettors, cylinder head prepared for unleaded petrol, 0 km driven. 3 - front and rear frame reinforced as per David Wizzard’s book, sandblasted and powder coated. 4 - instrument panel with 6 Smith instruments. 5 - Rose Petal alloy wheels with Yokohama A008 165/70 x 10 tyres. 6 - forward facing water radiator with electro fan. 7 - oil radiator. 8 - front discs. 9 - stainless steel tank handcrafted with double filler and Monza caps. 10 - basic interior as a real racing car, equipped with a custom-made aluminium roll cage by a well-known specialised company. 11 - leather bucket seats from a Triumph GT6. 12 - Sabelt seat belts. 13 - Les Leston leather steering wheel. 14 - adjustable Avo suspension with Hi-Lo. 15 - hidden performance electrical system. 16 - Maniflow stainless steel exhaust in the original shape. 17 - aluminium sump guard. 18 - side and front indicators integrated in a single group. 19 - Lucas additional headlights. 20 - documents. All perfectly working in every detail. Expensive restoration, with finishes and customisations in detail; the extensive photo report confirms the level reached. Extremely high-performance car due to its excellent power-to-weight ratio. The Mini Marcos exudes strong emotions both statically and dynamically; a gem for real fans.
