I am hereby offering a set of two rare curved wooden chairs in very sound condition. The chairs are in very good, vintage condition, with the corresponding patina on the wood. The seats feature a relief decoration which is still in very good condition, especially if you consider that these chairs were produced in the period 1906~1914, which means they are over 100 years old. The bistro chairs were made by Johann Kohn, the youngest of Kohn's four children, who left the family business (Jacob & Josef Kohn) in 1906 to start his own company called Johann Kohn & Cie (Radom), the curved furniture factory. The factory was located in the region that was called Masovia at the time, in Poland. Bentwood beech wood with brilliant details in the seats. Condition: sturdy and in good condition related to its age; the seat is still intact; backrest in order (see photos); even where the wood is bent around, the wood does not show any cracks due to dryness / action of the wood; entirely in top condition. In a fine and solid condition, still good for many years of use.
